We are seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our Hedge End branch. Benefits include:
- Basic Salary from £28,809, dependent on experience.
- Holidays from 20 working days plus all bank holidays, increased with service.
- Monthly and Yearly Sales bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front counter work, answering inbound calls, serving retail and trade customers.
- Building long-term rapport with local customers.
- Promoting offers and incentives.
- Ensuring correct parts are ordered and sent first time to reduce credits and returns.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience preferred. Knowledge of cars and willingness to learn are important. Proactive, sales-driven, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to assist in warehouse tasks is also required. Knowledge of local areas and customer base is advantageous.
