Corporate Development Executive

will lead sponsorship activity for the world-renowned International Symposium on ALS/MND while helping to grow long-term corporate engagement across the MND Association. Main Responsibilities Secure sponsorship income from national and international corporate organisations, including pharmaceutical and biotech companies Lead sponsorship activity for the International Symposium and other Association-wide events Identify, research and develop new sponsorship opportunities and prospect pipelines Create tailored corporate sponsorship proposals and presentations Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, prospects and key stakeholders Deliver excellent sponsor stewardship before, during and after events Plan and coordinate fundraising activity across events to maximise income and engagement Work collaboratively with research, fundraising, events and partnership teams to develop new opportunities Monitor performance, maintain CRM records and provide income and impact reporting About You Essential Experience securing corporate sponsorship, partnership income or significant corporate gifts Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech or related industry organisations Strong understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice 2024 Excellent communication skills, including proposal, presentation and bid writing Ability to build credible relationships with corporate partners and senior stakeholders Willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional international travel, evening and weekend work as required Desirable Experience engaging corporate partners around scientific research or innovation Experience delivering or supporting fundraising activity at events Experience using CRM systems to manage relationships and income Hybrid working Expectations:

One day per week Northampton office attendance required. Willingness and flexibility to attend meetings andevents as required – this includes the opportunity to attend our 37th International Symposium, this year hosted in Amsterdam!
