Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Car Salesperson role based at Motor Me Lincoln in North Hykeham.

The Car Salesperson will welcome customers to the showroom and lot, identify their needs, and guide them through the selection of suitable used vehicles.

Daily tasks include presenting vehicle features and benefits, arranging test drives, valuing part‑exchange vehicles, and explaining finance and warranty options in a clear and compliant manner.

The role involves preparing and updating vehicle listings, maintaining a clean and professional display area, and following up with leads and past customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

The Car Salesperson will also complete sales documentation accurately, support appraisal processes, and collaborate closely with the wider team to meet individual and dealership sales targets.

Qualifications
