Motor Insurers' Bureau in Milton Keynes is seeking a Technical Support Lead for a fixed-term period to provide 2nd line and end-user computing support across the Service Desk, endpoint management and improvement activity.

You will work with the Cloud Architect and Infrastructure teams to:

  • migrate printing to cloud-based solutions,
  • support Autopilot/Entra ID transitions, and
  • assist with patching and vulnerability remediation within defined SLAs.
