At Aston Martin, every detail tells a story — not just in the craftsmanship of our cars, but in the experiences that connect us to our global audience. Our ambition is to bring the same artistry, emotion and precision that define our vehicles into every digital touchpoint.
As part of the Commercial team, you’ll join a dynamic group shaping Aston Martin’s global digital ecosystem — across CRM, website, app and connected services. Reporting to the Global Head of Digital & Growth, you’ll help define how the Aston Martin story is told online, ensuring our digital presence continues to reflect the power, beauty and soul of the brand.
This is a hybrid role, combining the creative energy of our Gaydon headquarters with the flexibility of working from home.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Content Editor, you’ll be at the heart of Aston Martin’s digital storytelling — ensuring our website reflects the very best of our brand every day. You’ll lead on the coordination and execution of content changes across astonmartin.com, maintaining a site that’s always fresh, accurate and engaging.
Using Sitecore CMS, and other tools, you’ll manage and implement content updates, balancing proactive reviews with responding to business requests. You’ll collaborate closely with our digital agency’s content editors to prioritise workloads and deliver updates efficiently. Regular communication with the Digital Product Manager will keep projects aligned and progress visible, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities clear.
You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business — from legal and corporate teams to marketing — ensuring all content changes reflect both compliance and creativity. Working hand in hand with the wider digital, CRM and marketing teams, you’ll align messaging across channels, delivering seamless digital experiences for our customers.
You’ll also take a proactive role in reviewing content performance, using insights, best practice and design guidelines to suggest improvements. Partnering with our UX and Content Designer, you’ll help craft pages that showcase the richness of Aston Martin’s world — setting new standards for digital luxury.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll bring passion and curiosity to try new things, be it technologies or ways of working. You’ll be proficient in CMS technology, and willing to learn new skills. You’ll have a thirst for knowledge for how we can continuously grow and adapt as a team to the evolving technology landscape. Looking for use cases to drive efficiency and leverage technologies better.
You’ll have an understanding of privacy, and consent management on websites, and work with our legal team to ensure that our website is compliant in all markets, and work with the wider team to explore optimisation opportunities.
In addition to the technical skills you’ll bring to the role, you’re a storyteller with exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, and a keen eye for details. You understand how to create and manage digital content that informs, inspires and performs. Blending this with your hands-on experience using CMS tools and optimising for SEO, you know how to balance creativity with data-driven decision making.
Your background in digital marketing, automotive, or journalism has given you a strong foundation in crafting compelling narratives, and your understanding of digital content strategy allows you to identify trends and opportunities before they emerge. Organised and collaborative, you manage projects efficiently and communicate clearly, bringing structure and accountability even when faced with ambiguity. Above all, you’re passionate about delivering exceptional content that brings the Aston Martin story to life for audiences around the world.
