MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a high volume and high paced property development program.
- Overarching responsibility for planning and managing multi discipline schemes to deliver exemplary developments from inception to completion.
- Leading, managing and being part of a team.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure the business needs are best met.
- Cost forecasting and budget management.
- Prepare investment decisions for Exec sign off.
- Discharging planning conditions, detailed scheme design and tendering projects.
- Liaise with relevant third parties.
- Managing direct orders from suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Perform risk management throughout to flag and mitigate project risk - both legislative and financial.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
SKILLS
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful schemes in a high paced environment.
- A record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contractor appointment procedure.
- Strong interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Forecourt experience preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to travel.
