We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Administrator to join our Dealer Funding Operations team. In this role, you’ll support funded dealers, ensuring they receive a professional, efficient, and knowledgeable service. You’ll work closely with the Dealer Funding Manager to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly and build strong internal and external relationships. Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service to funded dealers by building relationships with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
  • Support Unit Stocking administration: dealer set-ups, vehicle funding releases, reconciliations, and record-keeping.
  • Draft and maintain key documentation such as offers, variations, and terminations.
  • Coordinate audits and risk checks, resolve issues, and escalate risks when necessary.
  • Assist with reviews and renewals of Dealer Funding Loans and provide recommendations where appropriate.
  • Support the production of management reports and information.
  • Take ownership of data accuracy, risk controls, and fraud prevention.
