We’re one of the largest lenders in the UK used car finance market, with over 40 years of motor finance experience. We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Administrator to join our Dealer Funding Operations team. In this role, you’ll support funded dealers, ensuring they receive a professional, efficient, and knowledgeable service. You’ll work closely with the Dealer Funding Manager to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly and build strong internal and external relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to funded dealers by building relationships with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a proactive approach.
- Support Unit Stocking administration: dealer set-ups, vehicle funding releases, reconciliations, and record-keeping.
- Draft and maintain key documentation such as offers, variations, and terminations.
- Coordinate audits and risk checks, resolve issues, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Assist with reviews and renewals of Dealer Funding Loans and provide recommendations where appropriate.
- Support the production of management reports and information.
- Take ownership of data accuracy, risk controls, and fraud prevention.
