Due to growth in the sales team we’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Regional Manager to lead and inspire a team of 6 Business Development Consultants (BDCs) across our Motor Finance division; covering Wales and the South West. This is a role where leadership truly matters. You’ll go beyond delivering results; you’ll coach, develop and empower your team to reach their full potential, creating a high-performing culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous growth. What will your day look like?
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 6 BDCs to deliver high performance and reach their full potential
- Create a high-energy, inclusive team culture focused on accountability, development, and continuous improvement
- Provide regular, structured coaching and feedback to strengthen capability, behaviours, and results
- Drive delivery of regional sales and performance KPIs, aligned to wider business strategy
- Use data and insight to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement targeted action plans
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, practical direction for your team
- Embed a strong, risk-aware culture, balancing commercial growth with governance and compliance
- Build and influence strong dealer relationships, acting as a trusted partner to drive mutual success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to deliver aligned and effective outcomes
