Our Pricing & Performance team has two graduate opportunities for individuals who are eager to learn, confident working with data, and motivated to help drive operational and financial performance across MotoNovo Finance.
The Pricing & Performance team uses logic‑based thinking and statistical analysis to set and refine the prices we offer our customers. As a Graduate Pricing & Performance Analyst, you will support the team to develop and manage pricing models, provide informed recommendations on rate changes, and take ownership of setting competitive rates that help us stay ahead in the market.

What will your day look like?
- Learn to extract, clean, and analyse data using reporting tools to identify trends and insights.
- Assist in producing clear and engaging dashboards and reports using SAS Viya, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Work with colleagues across the business to understand their reporting needs and help deliver accurate and timely MI outputs.
- Present findings in a clear and simple way, supporting decision‑making with evidence‑based insights.
- Help maintain data quality by monitoring for discrepancies and removing errors.
- Support the development and maintenance of data models, processes, and reporting structures.
- Stay up to date with emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis.
- Assist with ad‑hoc data requests, small projects, and preparation of data for internal or external stakeholders.
This role is structured to develop your analytical capability gradually, with increasing responsibility as your skills grow.
What do we expect from you?
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, curious, and enthusiastic about developing a career in data‑driven commercial analysis. You will also have:
- A degree in quantitative, analytical, or related discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science) graduating in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- A genuine interest in data, problem‑solving, and business analytics.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Basic understanding of data analysis or programming concepts (SQL, Python, R, or similar – academic or self‑taught).
Desirable (but not essential)
- Exposure to SAS, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools (university projects, online learning, or self‑study).
- Experience working with datasets (internships, part‑time roles, research projects, or coursework).
Training and development will be provided, and no prior industry experience is required.
