Let Us Tell a Bit About The Opportunity
As an Account Manager you will play an integral part of our experienced and dynamic field sales team, which are very much the face of MotoNovo Finance and key drivers behind our success and performance. You will be responsible for strengthening and growing relationships with our well established dealerships, whilst also having responsibility for growing our footprint across the Warwickshire area. You will work as a trusted partner to our dealerships; by understanding their needs and priorities and supporting their business objectives with our range of products and propositions; providing training, support and guidance to solidify the partnership.
What will your day look like?
Our Account Managers are responsible for:
- Conducting regular dealer meetings to review performance, gather feedback and identify new opportunities
- Acting as a trusted partner to provide advice, coaching and guidance to motor dealerships
- Planning and implementing effective sales development strategies for the territory
- Bringing creativity to generate new ideas and tactical plans to win new business
- Use data to analyse market trends and provide insights – back to the business and to dealers
What do we expect from you?
- An exceptionally high level of understanding in intermediary development and/or knowledge within the UK Motor/Finance market
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the business
- The drive to succeed and a natural flair for building relationships
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Fantastic communication, presenting and negotiation skills at all management levels within a business
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work
- A passion for your career with a mentality to succeed
- A full driving licence and the ability to travel regularly is essential
The process:
- Introductory call with our Recruitment Business Partner (30 minutes)
- First stage interview via Teams with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
- Second stage interview, to include a presentation (90 minutes)
