About MotoGirl

MotoGirl is a growing UK motorcycle clothing brand specialising in protective gear designed specifically for women riders. With a strong online presence and a loyal customer base in the UK and beyond, we’re building a brand we genuinely believe in — and we’re now looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.

The Role

This is a fully on-site position based at our Tonbridge premises and is not a remote role. You’ll support order fulfilment, stock handling, and customer service — both online and in-store. One day you may be picking and packing orders, the next unpacking deliveries, organising stock, responding to customer emails, or helping a rider find the right gear in-store. No two days are the same. We’re a small, hardworking team, and everyone gets involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing online and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
  • Processing orders using our internal systems
  • Receiving, unpacking and checking incoming deliveries
  • Organising and maintaining warehouse stock
  • Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email
  • Assisting customers in-store with friendly, helpful service
  • Keeping the warehouse, office and work areas clean and organised
  • Working closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly
  • Supporting the wider team wherever needed

What You’ll Need

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Confidence writing clear, professional emails to customers
  • Good basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Confidence interacting with customers in person and over the phone
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving boxes as part of daily warehouse tasks

You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn. An interest in motorcycles or women’s riding gear is a bonus — but not essential. You don’t need to be a rider, but you should be excited to learn about the motorcycle world and support the women who ride.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working hours (Monday–Friday)
  • Staff discount
  • Supportive, close-knit team environment
  • The opportunity to grow within a fast-moving motorcycle brand
  • To be part of a company that genuinely supports women riders
