A not‑to‑miss opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used Motorcycle Sales Executive at our dealership in Shotton. Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a close‑knit sales team, the Motorcycle Sales Executive will be required to sell new and used motorcycles, accessories, finance, finance‑related products and automotive warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets.
The Motorcycle Sales Executive will:
- Keep customers informed of delivery progress
- Advise them of any delays
- Resolve any queries that may arise
- Collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle
- Explain warranty and service arrangements
- Introduce the customer to the Service Department where possible
- Demonstrate the features of the motorcycle
- Offer any other support that may be required
In order to be eligible, the Motorcycle Sales Executive should ideally live locally or be able to commute to Shotton. Prior or present experience in motorcycle sales would be highly advantageous, but we are also open to candidates from outside the motor industry with a strong track record in customer service/sales, a positive and helpful attitude, and the drive, energy and commitment to pursue every sales opportunity. A UK driving licence with minimal points is also essential.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting basic salary pending experience
- An uncapped and realistic on‑target earning of up to £35,000+ per annum subject to sales performance
- 22 days annual holiday allowance
- Full manufacturer‑approved training
- Company pension
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am – 4:00pm. Working on a one in three weekend off basis with a set day off in the week.
