New/Used Motorcycle Sales Manager β Chester Road Motorcycles
A basic salary with the potential earnings of up to Β£45,000. Opportunity to work with a long-established group and stable brand in the UK. A not-to-miss opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used motorcycle Sales Manager at our dealership in Shotton.
Reporting to the Dealer Principal and working with a close-knit sales team, the Motorcycle Sales Manager will be required to manage the dealership's sales team, finance, finance-related products and automotive warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding the dealership's targets. The Motorcycle Sales Manager will be required to resolve any queries which may arise from the sales team regarding warranty, service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department where possible and demonstrate the features of the Motorcycle and offer any other support that may be required.
In order to be eligible, the Motorcycle Sales Manager will ideally live local or be able to easily commute to Shotton. Prior or present experience in motorcycle sales management would be highly advantageous to us at this stage, a positive and helpful attitude and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.
For the Motorcycle Sales Manager, we are offering:
- Starting basic salary pending experience.
- An uncapped and realistic on-target earning of up to Β£45,000 per annum subject to sales performance.
- 22 days annual holidays allowance plus bank holidays (any bank holidays worked you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it).
- Full manufacturer-approved training.
- Company pension.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm. Working on a one in three weekend off basis with a set day off in the week.
