About The Role
As a Vehicle Multi‑Skilled Technician, you will play a key role in restoring vehicles to their pre‑accident condition by carrying out a combination of Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET), Panel, and Paint repairs. Working as part of a skilled team, you will ensure high‑quality repairs, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair method across MET, panel, and paint disciplines.
- Carry out structural and panel repairs using specialist techniques, including aluminium and electric vehicle repairs.
- Remove and refit mechanical and electrical components as part of the repair process.
- Prepare, prime, and paint vehicle panels to achieve a high‑quality finish.
- Mix and colour‑match paints using manufacturer specifications and spectrometer technology.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and BSI 10125 standards.
- Collaborate with estimators, workshop controllers, and other technicians to optimise repair processes.
- Minimise rework by delivering right‑first‑time repairs.
- Follow health & safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

You are a versatile and skilled technician with expertise across MET, panel, and paint disciplines. You have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and take pride in delivering high‑quality repairs efficiently.
