About the role As the Collection and Delivery Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the Collection and Delivery team, ensuring that customer vehicles are collected and delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Acting as the public face of the business, you will ensure that customers receive a warm and professional service, whether at their location or on-site. You will be responsible for coordinating your team to ensure vehicle movements are smooth and well-organised, as well as managing on-site logistics and parking arrangements. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will also liaise closely with our customer service and operations teams to ensure timely and safe vehicle movements.
