About the Role:

As a Repair Centre Manager, you will have full financial responsibility for a site with a turnover in excess of £4.3m and 25 staff. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey, collaborating with clients and our expert production team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the ‘public face’ of the site while managing all operational aspects of the branch.
  • Drive commercial performance (sales, profit margin), ensuring alignment with business plans.
  • Engage with staff regularly, conduct performance reviews, and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Lead daily meetings with key team members to set and achieve output targets.
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints promptly and fairly.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to deliver service-level agreements.
  • Perform daily/weekly on-site and production reports and meetings.
  • Proactively gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Build detailed knowledge of client profiles to maximise upselling opportunities.
  • Foster a flexible and well-resourced team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Housekeeping, Health & Safety, BSI0125 standards, and manufacturer requirements.

  • VDA IMI and Audatex qualifications (preferred).
