- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Assembling a range of KFC products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection
- Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
- Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
- Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
