What you’ll be doing:
- Hit and exceed budget & P&L targets for your Greggs Store
- Lead, support, and develop your team so every colleague feels valued and ready to grow
- Deliver exceptional brand standards and drive consistently brilliant customer service
- Lead shifts from open to close, keeping everything running smoothly under pressure
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality
- Track record of managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and driving efficiencies
- Strong relationship-builder with stakeholders at all levels
- Skilled at motivating teams through coaching, training, and succession planning
- Calm, decisive, and focused when the pace picks up
