What you’ll be doing as a Barista:
Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Producing a range of hot beverages throughout the day
Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
