What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
- Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
- Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
- Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
- Helping prepare the store ready for the following day's trade
