What You’ll Lead:

  • Oversee a site with over 65 team members, including Department Managers across food, retail, and service.
  • Champion operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and brand standards across 5 brands.
  • Drive commercial success through strategic planning, cost control, and P&L ownership.
  • Build a culture of empowerment, recognition, and continuous development.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in multi-site or high-volume operations (retail, hospitality, catering), delivering £5 million and above in turnover.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting and financial performance.
  • A people-first leader who inspires, coaches, and builds high-performing teams.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and influencing skills.
