What you will be doing as an Assistant Manager
- As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will involve supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: Including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
- Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service
- Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.
What Skills & Knowledge you\’ll need
- An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
- An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
- Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
- An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment
- An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of task\’s in an effective and timely manner.
