We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to deliver Greggs\’ popular sausage rolls, baked goods, and provide exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience. No prior experience in hospitality or retail is required; we will provide full training.

Responsibilities:
- Replenishing stock levels and maintaining displays and fridges
- Preparing fresh wraps, sandwiches, and baguettes for store opening
- Ensuring high standards of product quality and stock availability during peak times
- Preparing hot food and refreshments
- Serving customers efficiently and providing excellent customer service
- Handling customer inquiries
- Operating tills and processing orders
- Maintaining store cleanliness and standards
Additional Information:
Some sites are in motorway services areas with limited or no public transport access. Please ensure you can access the site before applying. Roles may include titles like crew member, retail assistant, or customer service assistant. We welcome those seeking a career change, such as into caring, cleaning, or warehouse roles.
Note: Hourly rates may vary for under 18s. This role is internally called Customer Service Assistant. The annual bonus is equivalent to one week\’s salary based on average hours worked.
