Overview
Team Member – £12.40 per hour. Shifts: 14 Hours per week, shifts between 4am and 8:30pm. Address: Washington Services, A1(M) Junction 64, Portobello, Birtley, County Durham DH3 2SJ.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
- Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
- Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
- Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
- Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
- Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following day\\\’s trade
