Overview

Team Member – £12.40 per hour. Shifts: Full and Part Time position available. Location: Reading Services, M4 motorway, Burghfield, Reading RG30 3UQ.

Responsibilities

  • Step up to lead a shift, with training provided, and earn £12.90 per hour.
  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assembling a range of Burger King products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection.
  • Delivering brand standards to a level our customers expect.
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ensuring the workspace and store are kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
  • Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
  • Leaving customers with a memorable experience worth returning for.
  • Helping prepare the store and kitchen for the following day’s trade.
