Role Overview

You’ll lead your team in delivering Burger King’s world-famous flame grilled menu and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the unit achieves financial targets, including budget and P&L
• Support and develop your team, ensuring they feel valued and supported
• Adhere to and ensure delivery of brand standards
• Drive high-quality customer service and sales
• Lead shifts, including opening and closing the unit

Skills & Knowledge

• Proven experience managing and leading teams in high-volume retail or catering environments
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and cost-saving initiatives
• Ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
• Experience motivating and developing teams
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

This role may suit an assistant general manager, deputy manager, or existing manager seeking a new challenge in retail, catering, or hospitality sectors.
