Responsibilities include:

Preparing fresh wraps, sandwiches, and baguettes for store opening
Maintaining product quality and stock levels during peak periods
Ensuring food is prepared and displayed to Pret A Manger standards
Completing stock checks and orders
Upholding cleanliness and standards in the prep area
