Are you ready to be our next WHSmith Retail Assistant? Here at moto we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly people looking to get stuck in and join our awesome team, delivering WHSmith’s handy range travel essentials and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
Shifts and location
Shifts: 8 hours per week, 6pm – 10pm weekdays

What you’ll be doing as a Retail Assistant
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
- Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
- Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
- Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
- Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
- Helping prepare the store, ready for the following day’s trade
