What you’ll be doing as a Retail Assistant:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
- Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
- Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.

- Helping prepare the store, ready for the following day’s trade.
