What You'll Be Doing As a Team Member

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
  • Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
  • Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
  • Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
  • Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
  • Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
  • Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
