Support the Head of Data in the overall successful delivery of the technology transformation agenda. This is a varied role that will range from helping understand current business processes and documenting them to shaping target functional specifications and designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders
  • Requirement elicitation, clarification and definition through workshops and discussions
  • Functional specification (including interface specifications and site navigation mock-ups)
  • Work within project budgetary / time constraints
  • Preparing budgetary and fixed price estimates
  • Improving the benchmarks / performance of the analysis function
  • Quality assurance
  • Planning and delivering project post-implementation reviews and pre-sales consulting studies
  • Defining, consolidating and promulgating best practice

As our IT Business Analyst, you will have experience of:

  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task & work under pressure to achieve strict business critical deadlines
  • Previous experience of co-ordinating 3rd party activities
  • Must be articulate and presentable
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to task completion
  • Previous analytics knowledge would be an advantage
  • Previous knowledge and experience working on multiple simultaneous projects
