We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly people eager to deliver high‑quality food items and exceptional customer service as part of the M&S Simply Food team at Moto Hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Process orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Deliver our brand standards to the level our customers have come to expect
- Resolve challenges and enquiries with a customer‑centric mindset
- Receive deliveries and replenish displays to provide maximum product availability
- Ensure your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
- Work with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Leave customers with a memorable experience worth returning for
- Help prepare the store for the following day’s trade

Hourly rates of pay may differ for individuals under 18. Night shift roles include a premium of £2 per hour. Internally, this role is also known as Customer Service Assistant. Annual bonus scheme is equivalent to the week's salary based on average hours worked over a defined period.
