As an Assistant Manager, you won’t just assist, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team in store. You will be able to lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What You Will Be Doing As An Assistant Manager:
- Supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues
- Driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment
- Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service
- Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance
