As an Assistant Manager, you won’t just assist, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team in store. You will be able to lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What You Will Be Doing As An Assistant Manager:
- Supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues, including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
- Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service.
- Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.
What Skills & Knowledge You’ll Need:
- An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs.
- An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards.
- An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment.
