Assistant Manager – £33,000 – 40 hours per week

What You Will Be Doing As An Assistant Manager

  • Responsibilities involve supporting the day-to-day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
  • Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service
  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.

What Skills & Knowledge You’ll Need

  • An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
  • An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment
  • An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner.
