  • Actively collaborate with the Marketing team and SLT to agree on programme and marketing content.
  • Potential line management of Programme Coordinator(s) including training, development and pastoral care.
  • Manage the logistics of a portfolio of interventions (grassroots and employability) to support young people including outreach, onboarding, recruitment, training, risk assessment, safeguarding, and post-programme aftercare such as check-ins, debriefs, and invoicing.
  • Support the Senior Programme Manager (SPM) on overall logistics around programmes and activations as well as strategy and process implementation.
  • Prepare and present programme updates regularly to the team and report to the directors and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of young people and staff by upholding safeguarding policies, responding to concerns, and escalating to the Designated Safeguarding Lead or Local authorities when necessary.
  • Strengthening stakeholder relationships (partners, funders, sponsors, schools, volunteers, local authorities) throughout the programme management journey, including tailored training sessions for external partners as well as increasing partnership scope e.g. activations and work experience.
  • Support the Senior Programme Manager (SPM) with implementation iterations/improvements of all content, stakeholder benefit packages and processes to ensure better delivery and stakeholder retention and stability for scaling.
  • Support in the renewal of partnerships with current partners/funders on relevant programmes.
  • Use our monitoring and evaluation tools to measure the impact of programmes and communicate the significant evidence to influence key stakeholders.

About you

  • Experience in supporting young people with programme design and management.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management to support programme success.
  • Excellent IT skills, capable of using all Microsoft Office packages, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, survey tools, web-based databases and CRMs to immediate levels.
