Summary
This is a new and exciting role within our Programmes team at Motivez. You will be working closely with the Programme to arrange meetings with clients.
- Sociable, confident and happy building relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of co-production and co-design, involving potential partners and the beneficiaries in the design of services and programmes
- Excellent organisation and collaboration skills and ability to learn quickly to ensure smooth programme management processes
- Excel at organising their workload and enjoy driving work forward independently
- Think strategically and can change tactics while still meeting larger objectives
