The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gym & Spa Area Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential gym and spa facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong operational background, with a focus on maintaining impeccable standards and delivering first-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure smooth day-to-day running of facilities.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety are consistently upheld.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures and company policies.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring budgets are met and resources are efficiently managed.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance the customer journey.
- Collaborate with residential management teams to align services with residents' needs.
