Location: North West London
Hours: 30hrs per week - Monday to Sunday
Salary: £15.38 per hour
Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service to residents and guests
- Creating a welcoming, thriving wellness community
- Leading and motivating a small team to consistently exceed expectations
- Ensuring the facility is immaculate and operating at peak performance
- Collaborating with the Area Manager to maintain and update SOPs, EAPs, and risk assessments
- Managing staffing budgets and supporting monthly financial reporting
- Working closely with the wider residential estate team to enhance the overall resident experience
Qualifications
- REPs Level 3 (Level 2 considered)
- Self‑motivated and confident working independently
- Experience in staff and performance management
- Basic understanding of budgets and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of health & safety best practices in leisure settings
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Desirable
- First Aid and/or Pool Safety certification
- Experience in high‑end fitness or hospitality settings
