    • Own regional inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and cycle count processes.
    • Partner with global supply planning to ensure correct stock levels across the region.
    • Lead root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Inbound & Supplier Management
    • Manage inbound shipments and receiving processes with suppliers and 3PLs.
    • Ensure suppliers meet delivery SLIs, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
    • Reduce lead-time variability and improve inbound visibility.
  • Shipping, Compliance & Carrier Management
    • Oversee UK/EU 3PL and carrier relationships and performance.
    • Manage customs brokers and ensure compliance with customs, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
    • Optimize cost per shipment, routing decisions, and international logistics flows.
    • Monitor on-time delivery, service reliability, and exception resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with supply chain, finance, tax, product, customer experience, and legal teams across multiple countries.
    • Provide regional logistics insights to support new product launches, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
    • Build reporting to provide visibility into fulfilment KPIs, cost metrics, and delivery performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background managing fulfilment operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, inbound receiving, and warehouse processes.
  • Familiarity with international logistics, customs, and VAT processes (UK/EU preferred).
  • Proven ability to establish KPIs, build vendor scorecards, and drive SLA/SLI performance.
  • Ability to create effective SOPs and operational workflows.
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can build structure in an early-stage environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working across time zones and cultures.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with global teams.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You will build Motive's UK/EU logistics capabilities from the ground up.
