Job Summary
As our London‑based SDR, you’ll be the first commercial touchpoint for firms across the UK and EMEA identifying, engaging, and qualifying the GPs, CFOs, and ESG leads who need what we build. You’ll work closely with our EMEA Account Executives, feeding a pipeline that converts. This isn’t a role where you read from a script, it’s one where you learn a market, develop a point of view, and build real relationships with sophisticated investors. This role has a clear path to Account Executive. We invest in people who want to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Source and qualify new business opportunities across private equity, private credit, and infrastructure firms
- Build and execute a multi‑channel outbound strategy: you don’t just follow a sequence, you think about why each touchpoint lands
- Book discovery calls and demos for EMEA AEs
- Work leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into pipeline
- Maintain clean, accurate records in HubSpot
- Develop fluency in our product suite, our market, and the ESG reporting landscape
- Share what’s working — objections, messaging, market signals — back into the team
About You
- 1–2+ years in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound role — SaaS or financial services preferred
- Able to build and execute a multi‑channel outbound strategy
- Comfortable across email, LinkedIn, videos and phone and knows when to use which
- Curious about sustainability, private markets, or both: you don’t need to be an expert, but genuine interest matters
- HubSpot experience is a plus
- Fluency in a European language and/or Arabic is a meaningful advantage but not required
Important Notes
This role is based in London, with hybrid working arrangements (2 days in office). Applicants must be located in and eligible to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to support visa applications or relocation at this time.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- Earned commission based on KPI attainment and performance metrics
- Equity ownership opportunities
- Comprehensive health benefits packages (medical, dental, non‑contributory pension scheme)
- Robust leave policies (PTO, parental leave, VTO)
- Flexible work environment with two days working from the London Office
- Mission‑driven, collaborative, and inclusive culture
