Role Description

The Global FP&A team is part of the FNZ Group Finance function and supports senior management through high-quality financial analysis, management reporting, and insight across the FNZ Group. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Group FP&A Manager and work with an existing team of analysts. The role requires strong technical ability, good communication skills, and a commitment to high quality work, along with the ability to balance recurring reporting cycles with ad-hoc analytical requests.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Produce global performance packs for Exco and Board
  • Support consolidation of regional financial inputs for group-level reporting
  • Provide back/forward looking insight and strategic messaging
  • Improve reporting processes and develop reporting tools
  • Produce ad-hoc analysis and deep-dives to support management decision making and stakeholder requests
  • Ensure outputs meet high standards of data integrity, presentation quality and timeliness

This role is not in scope for activities which have a direct or indirect impact on CASS processing which takes place within FNZ for FNZ and/or FNZ’s clients. There is a requirement to remain up to date with CASS developments and changes as communicated with FNZ.

Essential Experience required

  • Fully qualified accountant (CA/CIMA/ACCA), 5+ years of experience within FP&A
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business requirements
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively to meet deadlines
  • Commercial outlook, willing to use initiative and think laterally to get things done
  • Keen eye for detail and quality presentation
  • Experience of excel modelling

Desirable Experience required

  • Experience using business intelligence tools such as Qlik or Power BI
