As Project Manager within this division, your contribution is visible at every stage, from introduction to close-out and repeat.

Responsibilities:
  • Adopting and promoting the Motive Offshore Group People Values, embedding them in day-to-day tasks and decisions.
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Allocating resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Leading and motivating project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Facilitating team meetings, workshops, and discussions as needed.
  • Preparing and presenting project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring that project activities comply with all relevant HSEQ processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Liaising closely internally to ensure scopes of work, specifications, priorities, plans, schedules, and all other information required to deliver against client requirements.
  • Developing detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and managing potential delays.
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure deliverables meet standards.
  • Handling scope changes through formal change control processes.
  • Evaluating project performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring timely project closure, stakeholder sign-off, and post-project reviews.
  • Documenting project processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future projects.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in management and provisioning of services, preferably in Marine Engineering and Construction (flexibles, flowlines, risers, umbilicals, installations, etc.).
  • Operational experience supporting client organisations, leading teams, and strong commercial awareness with excellent safety behaviours and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Project Management and/or business qualification.
  • Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent technical qualification with industry experience.
