This role owns customer onboarding end-to-end from readiness and installation through to commissioning and a clean hand-off to Customer Success. We need a blend of project management, hands-on onboarding delivery, and technical issue ownership.
This role will require some visits to client sites (average 1 day per week).
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning and running onboarding projects with clear timelines, milestones, and governance.
- Making sure installs are done right, systems are configured correctly, and data is flowing before handover.
- Taking full ownership of onboarding-related technical issues - triaging, prioritising, and driving resolution.
- Working closely with Sales, Tech, Engineering, Installers, and CS to keep delivery predictable and high quality.
- Improving and scaling onboarding processes, playbooks, and workflows as the business grows.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in project delivery, implementation, or technical onboarding.
- Background in SaaS, IoT, hardware, energy, or similar tech-led environments.
- Comfortable running multiple concurrent deployments with technical complexity.
- Some technical knowledge around Wifi, connectivity, networks and installation constraints.
- Someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and making messy processes work better.
Given the location of some sites you will need to have a full driver’s license and a car.
