Motive Group are supporting a Transport Service company hiring a Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling in a service led industry.

  • Lead and develop the Charter team commercially (you plus 2 people)
  • Introduce more structured outbound discipline (target accounts, email sequences, prospecting cadence)
  • Drive business development and events to generate pipeline
  • Personally close deals and negotiate terms & conditions / commercial agreements
  • Operate at a fast commercial tempo and help the team move deals forward
