A global fintech whose technology powers e-commerce, payments, and tech brands is looking for a Director of Platform Engineering to help drive the next stage of platform and team maturity. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and hands-on leadership, with a blend of:
- Strong engineering foundations across high-performance platforms, microservices, API-driven development, and distributed systems.
- Leading and developing teams: The current Platform group is ~25 people. You’ll shape the structure, strengthen collaboration, and support a high-performance culture.
