What you\’ll be doing:
- ✅ Owning your pipeline from start to close: winning new logos and growing them into loyal customers across Professional Services, Retail, and Facilities.
- ✅ Engaging senior leaders at major global companies, particularly in Sustainability, ESG, and Operations.
- ✅ Using data-driven insights to prioritise your efforts and accelerate deal cycles.
- ✅ Learning daily from experienced colleagues who\’ve successfully closed deals with multi-billion-pound customers.
Who you are:
- You\’ve been successfully closing sales for at least 2 years.
- Experienced in selling directly to senior stakeholders—especially Sustainability and Operational leaders.
- Comfortable navigating significant revenue deals in commercial industries.
- Use to structured selling in a consultative environment. We use MEDDPICC, but experience of any process driven methodology is useful.
- Organised, humble, and eager to learn.
- Experienced with CRM tools (We use Hubspot).
- Passionate about sustainability and eager to join a dynamic start-up/scale-up environment.
