This professional motor trade Main Dealer is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator / Service Administrator to work in their friendly dealership. The ideal applicant will be well organised, a good communicator and will have recent Warranty Administration or Service Administration experience.
Your role will be to provide administrative support to the Service Department, ensuring that all invoicing takes place in an accurate and timely manner and that documentation is processed in line with company procedures.
Other Duties:
- Ensuring that all outstanding claims are chased where applicable
- Ensuring that all paperwork is tied up by the end of each month
- Making claims for faulty parts
- Liaising with manufacturers to ensure claims are processed within 30 days
