Are you an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager looking for a new challenge with highly successful main dealer?
Your duties will include
- The day to day running of the Service Department
- Be able to lead a team of Service Advisors and a team of Technicians
- To maintain CSI levels to a very high standard
- Maximise profitability of the department
As a Service Manager you must be customer focused to a high standard, possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be forward thinking to drive the business forward.
You must be target driven and confident in up‑selling additional works and products to your customers.
A positive and ‘can do’ attitude is essential.
You must be IT literate, be able to lead and supervise your team and possess a full UK driving licence.
