My client, a busy prestige main dealer based in your area is looking to recruit a Service Manager to join their established team. Are you an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager looking for a new challenge with a highly successful main dealer?
Your duties will include:
- The day to day running of the Service Department
- Leading a team of Service Advisors and a team of Technicians
- Maintaining CSI levels to a very high standard
- Maximising profitability of the department
As a Service Manager you must be customer focused to a high standard, possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be forward thinking to drive the business forward. You must be target driven and confident in up-selling additional works and products to your customers. A positive and βcan doβ attitude is essential. You must be IT literate, be able to lead and supervise your team and possess a full UK driving licence.
